i stayed in a double or twin room! the room was modern and spacious. the bathroom was really good, it featured a powerful shower which i loved. i found the staff very cute and well organised.
The stairs were steep. This was a bit challenging with my luggage.

the location was wonderful, a quick stroll led me to captivating museums and convenient tram stops. the building held a certain charm and authenticity, i found it very cozy. breakfast proved a good experience, offering mainly decent options, its day-to-day variations kept things interesting.
i did find that the staircase was very steep. it was quite narrow, it demanded extra caution, especially with luggage.

The room i was assigned did not have air conditioning. I was not aware of this when i booked it. it. additionally, the staircase to my room was steep, and i almost fell several times. i think a warning about this would be useful .

I appreciated the ability to store luggage both before check-in and after check-out. The ceilings in the room reached approximately 13 feet, a surprising and welcome luxury. The room itself seemed modern and well-kept, equipped with at least two luggage stands. The proximity to key attractions proved excellent. It was just a short walk to major museums.
The steep stairs leading up to the room presented a challenge. I struggled with my large suitcase.

The staff displayed a friendly attitude and willingness to assist with requests . They were always available at the reception desk, ready to provide directions or answer questions. I felt quite welcomed.

narrow stairsunfriendly receptionist
carrying luggage to the third floor was difficult. the receptionist was not particularly friendly , especially when we arrived 30 minutes before check-in time during the rain , and she made us wait.
