The hotel is in a very central location. I found the provided coffee machine worked well. The staff was helpful with directions. I also used the wifi, which worked without issues.
The stairs were a little steep, but manageable.

the location was undeniably central i found a tram stop very close by , made getting around simple the staff demonstrated helpfulness and were patient answering any questions i had the bed was also quite comfortable ensuring restful nights after long days
one morning i experienced a lack of hot water which was a bit inconvenient when i was trying to get ready

an espresso machine is conveniently located to use in their rooms each machine had two coffee pods available , made mornings much easier for caffeine lovers it provided convenience.

the staff maintained a good attitude and level of professional behavior throughout my stay their calm demeanor was certainly welcome it was very helpful especially when i needed directions or recommendations.

my twin room included daily cleaning services with changes to sheets daily this ensured a clean and refreshed space after each day's activities it was a relief coming back to a tidy room daily.

Basic Stay with Some Issues
poor soundproofing uncomfortable bed
My visit had some significant downsides. The room lacked proper soundproofing. I could hear everything outside. The bed was quite uncomfortable. I also found the lack of an elevator quite inconvenient with luggage. Honestly, I was expecting a slightly better experience.
