Victor was very friendly and helped me navigate around. The hotel room was clean and modern with a comfy bed. Breakfast had many options and got me ready for the day.
The air conditioning system made a constant beeping noise at night, it disturbed my sleep.

Such touches are appreciable. the staff displayed friendly, helpful attitudes and i found the location easily accessible to public transport and a nearby shop.

the location was very convenient for getting to the city center. there were also plenty of grocery shops nearby the hotel. the staff were always prompt with any request.
the accessible toilet kept flushing continuously. the bathroom smelled very bad. also, there was quite a tall lip to hop over to get into the bathroom.

the breakfast options were adequate, i guess. it was there, at least.
the room was supposedly cleaned daily, but i found crumbs on the floor. also, the hairdryer barely worked. it just sputtered warm air, so i looked like a drowned rat most of the time. it was not exactly the look i was going for.

The location is convenient with the tram stop just around the corner. This provides easy access to the central area. The staff were really friendly, Sergio in particular. The check-in and check-out processes were flawless. I found the Vrije University campus easily accessible via tram.
I found no proper facilities for decent food such as a restaurant.

the breakfast left something to be desired i found a hair in the fruit dish as well as in the cold cuts at 8 am some food items were not replenished it was quite a disappointment the whole experience felt somewhat lacking
