Excellent Location and Friendly Service

I found the location quite amazing. I could easily walk to many hotspots. The complimentary drinks in the mini-fridge were a lifesaver. I also found a sandwich spot downstairs that provided a great breakfast moment. The staff was helpful.
The hall carpet showed some stains. This made the halls appear less clean. I asked for the shower head to be repaired, but it was not repaired .

The staff provided a warm welcome. Sebastian, in particular, offered super good service. He was very helpful and met guests with a very warm welcome.

The room included Rituals cosmetics products. The bed had a large size. I had a nice view and the room was cleaned every day. Clean towels were also provided daily for my convenience.

The mini-bar offered complimentary beverages and tea. Coffee capsules were also available for me. I found these facilities very useful. A safe and a coffee machine were available in my room.

the location was quite convenient, easily accessible by public transportation. the staff were friendly and helpful (i appreciated their assistance with directions). i also found the room to be adequately sized for my needs.
the air conditioning unit in my room was not fully functional. it struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature, even at its highest setting. the shower head was also a bit loose (it made showering somewhat difficult). the noise from the street was noticeable, especially in the evenings.

i found location superb. it's easy reach to attractions. staff was friendly at all times. they quickly addressed the minor issue we had with the television. the canal view room was nice, giving us pretty scenes.
