The room had a desk and a tv. That was useful. there was also a coat closet. i found the fan very helpful .
the toilet was too small. it was hard to get up without opening the door. the drains were clogged in the shower.

The staff were very friendly and helpful . I had no issues at check-in, and they were always available to answer questions. The breakfast had good value at 10 euros with great continental choices.
The stairs are steep. It may be an issue if you have mobility concerns.

The hotel is in the middle of all the action (i walked to most spots). A tram stops right across the street. This makes getting around very easy, especially coming from the train station.

The room was clean. It had everything i expected (nothing was missing). The bed was comfortable, nice for a good night's sleep after a long day exploring.
