The location was good. The staff helped bring luggage upstairs and suggested tourist spots. The hotel also arranged a cot upon request, so that was helpful. The staff members were FRIENDLY.
The ventilation in the bathroom was constantly on, and it made some noises in the room.

the room was clean and spacious (i especially liked the elegant decor). the sofa and bed were comfortable. the kitchen was well equipped and very functional.
the walls seemed a bit thin, so i could sometimes hear doors opening and closing.

The hotel offered excellent access to tram lines located in a cozy street. The kitchen included provisions that I found handy for preparing quick meals. I appreciated the portable air conditioner provided by the hosts, it effectively cooled the room during a hot day. The room was also very clean, it.
I noticed that the shower dripped when someone showered on the upper floors. The hand soap dispenser wasn't refilled . These small issues affected the overall experience negatively.

The room was well sized and the bathroom was spacious. A smart TV was installed for access to Netflix and Disney+ etc. The orchids in the room added a pleasant touch and a good aesthetic.
