friendly staff convenient location luggage storage broken elevator narrow stairs thin walls
The staff was friendly! The location was convenient. It was close to transportation. I liked that I could store my luggage after checkout. Check-in was quick.
The elevator was not working. IT WAS AWFUL. I had to use the narrow stairs with luggage. The walls were thin. I could hear noises.

clean room good value helpful staff good location
i really liked that my room and the bathroom was very clean. it was also a great value. the location was good, because it was near transportation. i found the staff helpful anytime i needed something, so that was really good.
the stairs to enter the hotel are a bit steep for older people or anyone with mobility issues.

mixed feelings about THE stay.
dusty room unclean carpets
the location was okay.
The room i stayed in was not at all clean. I found dust everywhere. THE carpets seemed like they hadn't been cleaned EVER. this.

the staff was very kind location had easy access to transport
i found bed bugs that was unacceptable i requested cleaning of the carpet they never did i saw a small cockroach climbing the wall
