The location provided easy access to transportation. The tram stop was steps away, so traveling around the city was simple. The staff were friendly and quickly supplied a kettle and slippers upon request. Check-in and check-out were handled efficiently.
The pillows were quite flat.

the room was clean and quite functional. shampoo, shower gel, and body lotion were provided. the breakfast had nice options, including some hot dishes. the digital check-in and check-out made everything simple.
the room was a bit small, barely enough space to move around with my luggage.

The hotel has a tram stop very close by. This made traveling to other parts of the city simple. there are many restaurants around the hotel, mostly with international cuisines. There are also shops and supermarkets in the area.

The breakfast was very poor. I would not recommend getting the breakfast option. There were very few amenities in the hotel room. The pillows felt quite flat.
