fantastic stay!

i spent five nights at this place. check-in was really quick and simple. the beds had personal hanging boards, i found that useful. the hostel is also near a tram stop (this made traveling around easier). i booked a private parking space for my car (the price was fair).
the hot water pressure in the shower was a little low.

the staff were helpful and friendly, and they provided quick assistance when needed. the reception area was always staffed, so getting help was easy. i appreciated the smooth check-in process.

broken bedthin pillow
The bed in my room was pretty bad. it made weird noises whenever i moved. i think the bed frame might have been broken! also, the pillow was super thin. It seemed like i was sleeping on paper. it was really uncomfortable, honestly.

The rooms were clean and fresh bedsheets and towels were provided. A luggage room was available. I stored my bags before check-in and after check-out.
The hallway was VERY loud. I could hear everything from the bedroom.

The noise level was unacceptable. i could hear everything happening in the hallway and outside. the door did not close properly, that did not help. It rattled all night. it was hard to get any sleep.
