Superb Stay in a Wonderful Location

The room size was quite generous. I had a complimentary mini bar stocked with beer, coke zero, and water. It was refilled each day. I also found a balcony accessible for fresh air.
The parking was a bit far away, though i received a discount on the daily rate.

The hotel restaurant offered very large and delicious portion sizes. I found the restaurant had varied choices and they provided great value for the money.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful ALL the time. I appreciate it. I had an early check-in after a long overnight flight and received a complimentary prosecco at the rooftop terrace.

The hotel is close to the city centre and has some lovely bars and restaurants nearby. I loved the street. the staff helped me print some documents, and their customer service was great, i was so thankful! the rooftop bar is gorgeous. I had my breakfast there once. the rooms are very super clean, and the bathroom facilities were excellent.
I found that the hotel could be a little noisy at times. I could hear doors slamming in the corridors, i woke up at 5am one morning.

I booked a Double Room and it was super clean! The hotel location is great. I discovered excellent shopping and bars nearby. Marienplatz is a short walk away. The staff was friendly and helped me with directions.
The doors slamming in the corridors woke me up early every morning. It happened around 5 a.m., and I wish there were softer closing mechanisms.
