The hotel offers complimentary coffee at all times in the lobby. I found this amenity very practical. My room offered a very quiet atmosphere conducive to restful sleep. The breakfast included a fresh selection and very good coffee, a good way to start the day.

the staff was very nice i appreciated their help with directions.
the room was small i barely had space to move around my suitcase could not fit anywhere without blocking the way the bathroom was also tiny it was hard to turn around in the shower i felt claustrophobic.

the breakfast was really nice. there was a GREAT variety. the staff were efficient and helpful, ALWAYS ready to assist. our room had been recently renovated and was excellent and spotlessly clean
the comforter i got was tiny. i mean it barely covered me. the soundproofing isn't GREAT. i could hear people dragging furniture along the floor

The room was lovely! It was very clean. I appreciated the free tea and coffee in the lobby. It was my favorite spot to relax. It was especially nice after exploring the city in the chilly weather.
There was smoking at the entrance of the hotel, and the smell was bad. The smell came up to the windows. I noticed the breakfast menu lacked potato options, made the vegetarian options seem limited.
