The location is convenient near the central station. That's a huge plus. the staff were friendly, and they offered complimentary tea and coffee. i found it very clean and orderly, which i appreciated.
the surrounding area isn't the nicest, i must admit. i also noticed the luggage storage is unlocked and self-serviced. the bathroom was also quite tight, we could barely move in there.

The location is close to the train station and other attractions. I appreciated the garden courtyard. It was a very nice place to relax. The hotel offered complimentary tea and coffee all day. The staff checked me out, and they were pleasant.
The central heating was very high, causing discomfort during the night. I found the pillows not very comfortable.

the staff offered a warm welcome it made me feel so cared for the hotel was near public transport i appreciated that it made exploring effortless the room decor felt very elegant a quiet green space was a hidden treasure it was comforting and serene
the room felt quite average i noticed it upon entering the space the pillows felt too soft this did impact my rest the room was not soundproof i could hear noises from outside
