GREAT experience NEAR olympic park

The personnel was friendly. The location IS near the metro station. It provides access to the whole city. The breakfast offers many options. The hotel has a 24 hour restaurant that serves tasty dishes.
The room cleaning WAS not the best. The trash was not always taken out. Once they came at 7 pm WHEN i was in my room with a towel.

The hotel is close to the U-Bahn station, made getting around easy. The family room had plenty of space and the beds were really comfortable. Breakfast was great (the selection was wide and fresh).
The room got a little dusty, causing my allergies to act up.

The reception is open 24 hours, a comfort when you arrive late. The staff was helpful with directions and information. Online check-in was easy, which saved a lot of time.

the location was convenient for visiting olympia park i found the subway station right outside to be very useful it allowed quick access to the city center the room was clean and the breakfast provided a generous selection of food i also appreciated the availability of onsite underground parking
the bed was firmer than i prefer though this is a minor issue it did slightly affect my sleep quality

The hotel provides very good value. A subway station is located right outside, providing direct access to the city center. The hotel is super clean and cozy. The room I had was quite large. It was more than adequate.
The air conditioning was not as effective as I expected. I notified the reception, but it seemed to be a general issue.

The parking costs 20€, a pretty good price. The hotel restaurant remains open all day until midnight, serving snacks and refreshments. That was AMAZING!!!

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. They printed out directions from the computer to assist me. Staff members were also very accommodating, especially the gentleman at reception during check-in. Staff had a really good vibe.
