the hotel's location provided easy access to shops, restaurants, bars, and the winter gardens. the promenade was directly across from the hotel. tram and bus links were good, with most visitor attractions within walking distance. the staff were friendly.
i noticed when checking out a tablet where you put your registration in to get discounted parking. i rang to ask about parking and was informed there was no discounted parking anymore. i paid £19 in a car park.

the location rocked my world, right across from the sea and north pier, wow! the staff had the biggest smiles and were super helpful, especially sarah! the hotel was near many bars, awesome for nights out without spending on taxis.
the hallways smell a little weird i noticed, some odd smells.

The internal windows had grime all over. I had to wipe them down myself to actually see the sea. The heating unit sounded like a jet engine, so I had to switch it off despite the room being freezing on arrival.

The location was excellent. It's convenient to many amenities. The room was nice and the bed was wonderfully comfortable. I appreciate how quiet it was at night. The front desk staff member, Ian, was very friendly. I would come back again.

The location proved central to many attractions (everything seemed close by). I found the staff kind and very informative. The room provided soft towels and good curtains, a pleasant surprise. I appreciate the hotel's proximity to the railway, pubs, and the beach.
The entrance could use a bit more attention. It felt slightly unwelcoming on arrival.

The location was unbeatable. I could walk to everything i wanted to see. the staff were also helpful, especially with directions and local recommendations. i really appreciated the convenient tram stop right outside the hotel. the good wifi was a bonus!
i thought the electric radiator was a bit small for the room size.
