chlorine smell

The staff were lovely and friendly.

The room had an awful overwhelming smell of chlorine. It was also damp and this. I spoke to the person on the night desk, but he was very unsympathetic and uninterested.

i found the staff were really friendly. they assisted with parking, much easier through reception than using the advertised app. the location suited my needs well, near the north pier with a convenient tram line. breakfast had a great selection too and refilled regularly.

i found the noise from a late function on one night disrupted my sleep a bit. the music was quite loud, as my room was above the function room.

my standard double room had comfy beds and it was surprisingly quiet at night despite being near a main road. i appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee provided. a television offering freeview programmes for entertainment.
