Excellent stay with great breakfast

The bedroom was large and very comfortable. The deep bath was a perfect luxury and the fresh morning shower was fantastic. Staff were really good too help. I will definitely return. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, from a full cooked breakfast to yoghurt, fruit, toast, juices, coffee and tea.
The window in my room was open, but did not allow cooler air to circulate, and there was no air conditioning, so it was an uncomfortable night.

The room smelled musty. It really bothered me. The double bed definitely wasn't a double, so it felt a bit cramped. The room was not clean. I found dust in several places. I felt disappointed because the public spaces were nice, but the room let the whole experience down.

I found the staff helpful. They promptly provided a fan when my room felt warm. Breakfast included many options, I appreciated the variety. The hotel's location offered a great base for exploring the area, especially during the festival, which I enjoyed this year.
I had some limitations due to mobility issues and found navigating the steps challenging.
