charming stay
helpful stafffresh ingredientscentral location
the staff was so kind and helpful throughout my visit. breakfast was a delight each morning with fresh ingredients and careful preparation. the hotel is in a great central location, a short walk to many local attractions.
the room was slightly warmer than i prefer, but opening a window helped.

the team was consistently attentive and responsive to any request i had. i especially appreciated the warm welcome and their willingness to assist with directions. staff members showed great care and attention to detail throughout the stay.

the staff was friendly. the room was pleasant.
the food disappointed me. the chicken with the fajitas was hard and not fresh. the breakfast offered cold beans, mushrooms, and tomato. it seemed the chef lacked dedication.

the breakfast was lovely, with plenty of options available.
The room looked tired. I noticed several holes in the walls where pictures used to hang. the hairdryer didn't work at all, and the carpet didn't quite reach the edges of the room. i also only found one tea bag in my room and not a lot of milk was available.

The room was spacious, it had a large bath in the bathroom. The breakfast menu offered more choices than typical hotels, THAT was really nice. I found the location convenient, it was easy to get around town from there.
I had some trouble finding the car park at first.

The room included crisp sheets and a comfortable mattress, and I liked that. The bathroom was large. It provided both a bath and a shower, both clean.

Breakfast included tasty and plentiful options, EVERYTHING seemed fresh. Staff members were attentive but not intrusive, I REALLY liked that. The venue was newly renovated and beautifully decorated. It looks amazing.
