lake view blew me away!
lake view free parking quick check-in clean linens
the lake view from my double room was Fine! free parking simplified everything. check-in was super quick, so i got settled fast. i appreciated the very clean linens and comfortable beds.
there was a SLIGHTLY clinical odour upon entry, but it dissipated quickly with some ventilation.

This location is very handy, right next to the motorway. It made my overnight stop convenient. the fact that it's near services, provides easy access to amenities for travelers. it simplifies long journeys a lot.

the staff was polite and happy, which really makes a difference, you know? quick check-in process and ready assistance reflect great service, that's for sure. the staff showed genuine helpfulness .

lake view good price convenient location heating problem radiator issue towel rail
the view of the lake was beautiful. the price was very good. the location was convenient for my needs.
the heating did not work properly. a staff member checked it and the radiator fused. the heated towel rail in the bathroom also did not work.

Convenient and Comfortable Stay

I found the location very convenient. The room had a lovely view of the lake from the window. The staff was cute and had turned on the heating in my room prior to my arrival (a nice touch!).
The bathroom could use some updating. I noticed some minor wear and tear.

There is handy access to a Costa and McDonald's right next door to the hotel. I found a discount voucher for these restaurants on the back of an advertisement in the room. (Be sure to check for those!).

The room was clean and smelled fresh. I appreciated everything needed for a comfortable stay being available. A comfortable armchair was set by the window and I watched the sunset.

This hotel offers easy access off the M6 motorway, I found it very convenient. The location gives easy access to some great parts of the lake district. There are areas to walk a dog if needed.

The receptionist was especially helpful. They answered all my questions. I was able to do a late check-in, this was perfect as I was coming off the evening ferry.
