missing coffee dirty bathroom
I was a bit disappointed. the staff seemed overwhelmed. the promised coffee in the room never materialized. i also noticed the bathroom wasn't as clean as i expected. there was hair on the floor and the shower had some mildew. it felt a little neglected. It's a shame.

the standard double room had ample space. i appreciated the complimentary toiletries in the bathroom. breakfast included a variety of hot items.

floor slant hot water
the breakfast was really good it provided a strong start to the day
the room i was initially assigned had a noticeable slant in the floor it made navigating the space challenging especially at night hot water was unavailable early in the morning as well
