the hotel had undergone recent modern refurbishments. the supplied toiletries were good. breakfast offered both cooked and continental selections. it was excellent.

small room stained pillows
the room was quite small it felt cramped. the bathroom was also tiny the shower curtain stuck to me. there were stains on the pillows too i found that quite off-putting. the lack of enough outlets was a hassle i couldn't charge all my devices at once.

The location is great near the train station. the breakfast included a selection of hot items like beans, sausages, and eggs. It also offered cereals and juice.

the location near paddington station was excellent. it made transit to the airport easier. i liked that the staff sent us easy directions from the airport to the hotel. i found this very helpful.
the room was small. the shower was also small. it was uncomfortable. this wasn't what i expected after reading previous reviews.

Good value, central location
friendly staff helpful tips
The reception staff seemed very friendly. Breakfast featured options like cooked items, cereals, and fruit juices. I appreciated the lobby, where coffee and tea was available early. Helpful tips were given by the gentlemen in the lobby. They were very accommodating.
My bathroom was not comfortable due to its small size. It was like a portable toilet because of the design. Rust in some areas also gave a less clean impression.

The reception staff was very helpful with directions. Andreas assisted with discounted tours. Roy was also helpful. All staff members seemed very friendly.
