The location was convenient , especially for accessing public transportation.
Reception being located up a steep flight of stairs added to the difficulty of checking in with heavy bags. I also noticed the absence of air conditioning , and with windows that didn't open fully , the room felt stuffy.

The location was excellent. It was just off Oxford Street. This made it easy to get around. My family's room was spacious and tidy. It included all of the basic necessities.
They were also narrow. My room was basic. The pillows felt hard.
