convenient location useful tea
i liked the location because it was convenient for travel. the room had complimentary drinks and tea, which i found useful. there was also a fridge in my room, a NICE addition for storing snacks.
the stairs were narrow, making it difficult with luggage.

Convenient Stay NEAR transport
tube station efficient check-in
The hotel's proximity to the tube station was a major plus. IT made getting around the area very easy. I also found the quick and efficient check-in process helpful. IT saved me time after a long day of travel.

the room was clean. it includes good ventilation. i liked having a fan in the room. check-in was fast. the price seemed fair.

My room had all the necessary facilities. I found a desk, a chair, a fridge, a microwave, and a kettle, it was very useful. being able to leave my luggage before check-in and after check-out was convenient. the staff was friendly and helpful, they were really good to assist me.

The room was clean and well-prepared. I had clean towels and bedsheets. a fan was provided, a great help because of the summer heat! wifi access was also reliable and easy to connect to.

this hotel is near many shops and diverse restaurant choices, so it's very accessible and perfect for exploring different cuisines. there are plenty of options for both takeaway and dine-in experiences nearby. it was very easy to find good food!

the tube station is near the hotel, it provided great accessibility to different parts of the city. the hotel is situated in a quiet vicinity. i felt safe walking around the area, even during the evenings.

Acceptable Stay, but Improvements Needed
broken shower head uneven ground
The bathroom was quite outdated. The shower head sprayed water everywhere due to it being broken. Water then leaked into the room because the ground was uneven. I had to clean it myself with toilet paper since staff was absent during night hours.
