The single room provided everything i needed for my stay, including a private toilet and shower. the room was surprisingly spacious for its category, allowing me to move around freely (i really dislike cramped spaces). i appreciated the cleanliness of the room. It was clear the housekeeping staff paid attention to detail. the bed was comfortable and i slept well each night.
the walls seemed quite thin, so i could occasionally hear noise from the hallway.

the staff at the front desk were always available and ready to help with any questions or concerns i had. they provided efficient check-in and check-out processes, a relief after a long travel day. they offered helpful information regarding local transportation.

The hotel's location allowed easy access to public transportation. The underground station was a short walk. it was conveniently located near many attractions (buckingham palace is only a few tube stops away). the surrounding area felt safe and quiet.

the hotel location is near victoria station. it's also a quiet area. the staff were always friendly and helpful. jeel and karan were always smiling. i would use it again.
the double bed was small. it seemed smaller than a normal double. there was a stain on the hand towel.

the location worked VERY well for accessing transport links. Victoria station was a short walk. the room had tea and coffee facilities which i used EVERY morning.
the stairs to the upper floors were quite a trek.
