the staff allowed us an early check-in , a lovely gesture. they prepared a travel cot for the baby before we arrived. the view from the fourth floor was lovely. staff members always had smiles and helped us at every turn.
the pillows felt quite flat , like pancakes , i wished they were plusher. i also noticed water leaking from the toilet , so this was a bit concerning. the television didn't work properly , needing an update for sure.

the hotel provides easy access to nearby attractions , with the medway queen preservation society located close by. it. the surrounding area had some lovely spots for quiet moments.

breakfast included unlimited coffee and plenty of toast , which i loved. having the flexibility to enjoy as much toast as i wanted was definitely a treat. the breakfast hours throughout the week suited our schedule perfectly.

the staff showed very nice hospitality, letting me park in staff parking due to limited mobility. they also brought my belongings up to my room , which was helpful. the people on reception were especially kind .

This hotel is conveniently located near the Historic Dockyard. The value for the price was amazing, and I could not have asked for more. The room was comfortable and clean. Free Wi-Fi helped me stay connected with family.
The water pressure in the shower was slightly low, making it a bit challenging to wash my hair.
