the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. the breakfast was well presented and food was excellent. the chef and staff were really good and very attentive to guests' needs (i really appreciated that), checking everything was ok and food replenished quickly. it made an enjoyable start to the day.
i found myself in an accessible room, but the bathroom was less comfortable than i've had in the past at other hotels.

All the staff members were very friendly. They made check-in quick. I requested a taxi. The staff ordered one right away. Our room was very lovely. I had no real issues. The breakfast staff was attentive. The chef greeted everyone while refilling the buffet.
Only, the orange juice tasted a little TOO chemical.

The breakfast had a wide variety of choices. There were even a couple of 'make your own waffle' stations. I found these stations to be a nice addition to the morning buffet. Fresh options were available.

Access to the gym is a great feature. The location is right opposite the international station. I also noted secure access to room floors which added a layer of safety and peace of mind .

The room looked great. It had a very clean modern design, I enjoyed the contemporary design with plenty of natural LIGHT. The air conditioning worked great, it was easy to adjust to a comfortable temperature.

The hotel had strong location benefits. It is right opposite the international station. There are good bus links to the local hospital. Access to the town center is very easy from this location.

the location was convenient for getting around the area by train.
The room cleanliness was subpar. i found dust and crumbs on the desk. also, the limited parking caused me stress. Finding a spot was difficult each evening.

The hotel was clean. staff were friendly. our room was amazing. It was very spacious and clean. it provided all the necessities you'd expect.
i found the main reception area lacking in atmosphere. the general surroundings downstairs were devoid of comfort. it all felt very 'school canteen' and clinical though the seating areas were fine.
