unvacuumed carpet hard bed

the location was acceptable for accessing local transportation.

I was frustrated with the room's condition. The carpet clearly was not vacuumed. furthermore, the bed was far too hard for any semblance of comfort. i expected a better standard of cleanliness and comfort for the price i paid..

dirty carpet unclean bathroom

the staff were friendly and my room had all the basic amenities i needed.

The room, a beautiful twin room, was quite small. the carpet looked very dirty and the bathroom was not properly cleaned before i arrived. even after housekeeping came, the bathroom still seemed unclean. I noticed that there were no hand towels available initially either.
