The staff showed really good service. They accommodated every need! they constantly checked on us and always asked if there was anything else they could do. the rooms are really lovely and clean. i noticed they had remodeled the rooms and they look amazing. breakfast had so many options and was really good too.
the shower pressure was very low. it was unusable.

Parking was easy and accessible. The outside and lobby were presentable. the hotel has grass outside perfect for dog walking. the lounge area is cosy with a real fire for colder days.

The complimentary buffet breakfast was excellent with many options. i especially enjoyed the variety and freshness. the hotel even allowed us to enjoy breakfast with our dog in the lounge. What a treat.

The reception area looked clean. staff members were friendly. a complimentary cocktail welcomed me. the television in the room was fabulous. The towels were lovely and big. plenty of tea and coffee were available. i found the double glazing blocked out exterior noise very well.

the staff were helpful. they were attentive. they made sure we had everything we needed.
The check in process on screens was awkward. It was not intuitive. the room was very disappointing and had dated furniture. the carpets were ripped. It smelt musty.
