the breakfast offered a fresh start each morning. the room was clean upon arrival and very spacious. the central heating worked well maintaining a good temperature.
the shower door was hanging slightly off its hinges. there was a hole in the ceiling where a light fixture used to be. the hotel could be quite noisy at times making it hard to relax fully.

The staff were friendly and always attentive to my needs. Breakfast was included, a great bonus! I found it easy to get to the location by bus from the train station.
The carpet had some visible marks and could have used a better cleaning.

vishal at the night desk was a lifesaver he were really nice he let us pick our room after the first one had some issues this. krishna at the front desk was also cute his warm smile and willingness to help. i also liked i could book a later check out.
the shower lacked a proper door seal this meant the floor got pretty wet after each shower i wish there was something to prevent that

the rooms were clean. the beds were comfortable and i found the staff really helpful. i requested a ground floor with a bath and they kindly accommodated my request. breakfast is a great bonus, i enjoyed the full english breakfast.
