The receptionist, Kerry, was great and super helpful. She was cheerful and a great person to greet me after a long drive. I had a last minute room change, the receptionist was very understanding and found a room downstairs for me. The location and price were great also.
I noticed a few rusty marks in the bath. It could use some attention.

The staff was amazing and very cute. I found them pleasant. Check-in was quick and easy. I had to request a last-minute room change, and the staff handled it well. The staff was very understanding.

The family room had four beds. It was spacious. The location is near the highway to Dover. This made the hotel a good stop on the way to the ferry. I found the free parking really convenient. The hotel provides easy access to local amenities. On-site services were convenient too.
