the room was super clean and tidy. i messaged before to see if i could leave my bags. the staff messaged back! i dropped them off after getting off the train.
All the windows were opaque glass. the shower had black mould. I obviously knew it was a pub and expected some noise though!

the room location are super. the pub have a friendly cozy bar with a nice atmosphere. it all was clean, but the room had many coffees and tea. i really enjoyed that.
the bathroom was very cold. i think the heating settings must adjusting. i found a uncomfortable bed in the room. also, there were the noise late in the night, i didn't sleep well.

i found the location convenient close to various shops and restaurants i also appreciated how spacious and clean the room was exceeding my expectations for a pub hotel it reminded me of a true retreat after exploring the town i had ample space to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring.
the room felt somewhat stuffy with uncomfortable heat the provided fan offered little relief a small window faced a brick wall and a noisy road added to the discomfort i also felt a bit uneasy needing to walk through the pub to reach my room.

while there's no on-site food service the bar area offered pleasant staff and good beer options i found this to be a cute experience after a day of sightseeing i enjoyed a relaxing drink.

the room featured excellent decor and cleanliness the bed proved very comfortable ensuring restful nights the bathroom was also super clean boasting a great shower this attention to detail elevated my stay and overall experience.

room noisebad sleep
I found my room quite disappointing. the noise was really bad. i could hear everything from the bar below, even conversations. the music went on until midnight, a live band performing as if they were right there in the room. This gave me a really bad night's sleep. I wasn't impressed with that. i also wasn't thrilled about walking through the pub to get to my room.
