The rooms were excellent and very clean with everything one needs. The bar food was tasty. I found Ella and Morgan excellent staff members. The breakfast included in the price was reasonably priced.
I noticed one bedside light did not work.

The hotel features a bar with a selection of meals. I observed the kitchen team, Clara and Becca, alongside Jackie, who served at the bar. They were friendly and efficient. Breakfast offered a good start to the day.

A bus stop sits right outside, offering service to the town center for £3 and a 20-minute ride. Free parking is available at the hotel. The location worked well for my travel plans.

the room was clean and had everything i needed for my stay, i was really impressed. the bar food was also lovely, i thought. i really appreciated the excellent service from the staff, especially ella and morgan (they were fantastic!). i also got a discount since i was staying at the hotel.
the room was far too cold. i was supplied with a small electric fan heater as the hotel was full (which i am thankful for).

The hotel includes a pub easily accessible from inside, a great feature. there is also a function room available for events. It looked well-kept. plenty of parking is available on the premises, a real bonus.

the location is really convenient. it provided central access for my intended activities in the surrounding area. the hotel is near the iconic transporter bridge, i was pleased.

the location was perfect for my needs. the staff members were pleasant, and megan ensured my room was neat and clean. the breakfast in the morning was good!!! parking was another plus for me.

The room was a good size and the bathroom was very good I thought.
The reception was unmanned initially so I had to go to the bar. A notice directed me there but a private function blocked the bar. I had to go through the car park to the main bar entrance with my luggage. Soundproofing was poor so I could hear quite a bit of noise from next door.

my room had a new bathroom and it was nice. the food was good, i think. there was plenty of parking i noticed and that is always a plus for me. the restaurant had good food.
the table was sticky when we eat in the bar. i asked for breakfast but it was finish. the room was also too hot for my liking, not good.

the room was too hot , and i couldn't adjust the heating. this made it difficult to sleep comfortably. also , the breakfast service ended too early on sunday. 9:30 am is not late enough , especially for a weekend.
