The location was central. I appreciated that. breakfast included many options, so i was happy. my room was spacious. It was a plus.
My room was at the back on the top floor. There was no view. the bathroom felt cramped, so i didn't like it. the room felt tired. It needed updating.

perfect little stay
harbour views bay window freshly cooked breakfast
i found the location amazing it sits right by the harbour with excellent views. my room had a lovely bay window with views of the water. the breakfast was freshly prepared with a good choice of options. the staff were lovely and very attentive to all my needs
the toilets smelled badly this detracted slightly from the overall experience. i think regular cleaning would alleviate this issue. addressing this would definitely improve guest satisfaction.

the breakfast offered a great range the presentation was lovely. fresh coffee was available at all times and milk was kept in thermos flasks in the fridge. staff were always very helpful and kind during breakfast times.

spacious room helpful staff great breakfast central location
the superior family room was spacious, and it included all necessary amenities. the staff were very polite and helpful . breakfast had great quality and choices. the central location allowed easy access to many attractions.
there were no plugs near the bed, made charging my phone a little inconvenient.

my superior family room included a kettle and coffee with an endless amount of milk. an iron, ironing board and plug in fan were available. the room had beautiful views of the bay from the windows.
