Chloe was very helpful planning my family birthday! the room suited us well. the staff were also quite helpful that day, everything ran smoothly and we had what we needed. It was a wonderful experience.
the breakfast selection was limited, with mainly sweet items!

The event coordinator, rebecca, responded quickly to all my inquiries and ensured that everything went smoothly for my 70th birthday party. all fifty guests enjoyed the food and music (the resident dj was a hit!). many of us stayed overnight. Our room had a comfortable bed, and the breakfast offered a nice, plentiful selection of options.
the room felt slightly dated.

the hotel offers a gym equipped with treadmills, stationary bikes and weight machines, allowing guests to maintain their fitness routine. there is a swimming pool (towels are available at reception) with a jacuzzi. on-site parking is plentiful and convenient.

check-in was quick and easy. the luggage storage service proved very handy (i used it before my event). staff were attentive and very helpful throughout my stay. the reception team is available all day and evening.

clean roommodern bathroomguest concern
my room was clean. the bed felt comfortable. the bathroom was modern and immaculate. the reception was cute and check in was easy. easy parking at the hotel was a big plus. leisure facilities provided much entertainment for a relaxed stay.
i experienced a slight issue with the pool and spa. it would be beneficial if the hotel addressed guest concerns more promptly. negative comments must not be removed from other guests without a solution offered.
