excellent location nearby shops complimentary beverages welcome fan

the location was excellent. i could easily walk to nearby shops and cafes. the staff provided complimentary hot beverages, a nice touch. the room included a fan (i appreciated it considering the weather).

The building showed some signs of needing repair. I spotted some repairs in the hallways.

surprisingly lovely stay!

clean room great value evening coffee

this hotel provided excellent value. i was able to grab a coffee in the morning before my day began. the hotel was fantastic. i arrived after 10:30 pm without any issues. the staff was really warm!

The tv remote was missing. Therefore, i couldn't use the television.

the location is ideal. it's walkable from baker street station. transportation options like trains, taxis, and buses are easily accessible. i could easily reach various popular spots from the hotel!!!

smoke smell poor shower

the location near baker street was decent.

The room reeked of stale cigarette smoke. I am pretty sure the no smoking rule isn't enforced. the shower barely trickled, and it took forever to get any hot water. the lack of proper soundproofing meant i could hear every conversation and car passing by. Sleep was a challenge.
