the hotel's proximity to victoria station proved very convenient. ali, the front desk staff member, offered excellent service and remained helpful throughout the stay. i appreciated the 24/7 desk availability as well (it made arrival and departure smooth).
i noticed dust around the lampshades in the room. i also found the radiator a bit rusty, which detracted from the otherwise clean appearance.

the hotel features a round-the-clock front desk, providing continuous assistance , as well as luggage storage before check-in and after check-out (this helped me a lot). the hotel ensures constant support and convenience.

The receptionist was polite and helpful. He efficiently addressed my inquiries. he quickly provided a kettle for the room upon request, showing responsiveness to guest needs (i really needed that). the service was prompt and considerate.

The room was not clean. I saw dust everywhere. The bathroom mirror had grime. there was someone else's toothpaste. The shower was terrible. The door did not close. The bathroom floor was soaked. Several plug sockets in the room did not work. I found this frustrating!!!

The staff were accommodating. I was able to store my luggage when I arrived earlier than the check-in time. Everything regarding paperwork was ready when I returned. I received my bag and the room key quickly. The location is really great. It is a short walk to Victoria station. The bed was very big and quite comfortable.

The tv in the room worked well, i had a good selection of channels. staff was friendly and helpful, they were always present at the reception. i loved how close the hotel was to buckingham palace. It was only a short walk.
the room felt a little small, especially the bathroom area.
