I found the location convenient, very close to transport links. i appreciated the smart tv in the room. It was easy to stream netflix. the included english breakfast was a tasty start to each day (especially the bacon!). the staff were friendly. Kevin at reception was especially helpful.
The room was a bit small. There wasn't much space to move around with luggage.

The hotel provided a sauna, complete with slippers, towels, and toiletries. i saw that the reception offered a complimentary welcome drink upon arrival. wi-fi was available throughout the premises. I found the connection was stable.

A full english breakfast was served daily. It included cereal, toast, and cooked items. the breakfast area seemed a bit small, but i never had trouble finding a seat. coffee, tea, and juice were also available as part of the breakfast service.

The hotel is very close to paddington station. hyde park is just a short walk away, offering green space and recreation. several dining options are nearby. I noticed italian and english restaurants close to the hotel.

The reception staff seemed helpful with directions and information about local attractions. the check-in process was smooth and efficient (i was in my room within minutes). daily housekeeping was provided. The room was always clean when i returned.

The location was acceptable. It was close to paddington station.
The room i was in was tiny! the staircase to the last floor was very inclined and difficult to navigate, especially with luggage. This made it even more dangerous and cramped. the breakfast lacked fruit, despite the description stating it had it.

the location was excellent. paddington station and paddington tube station were just a short walk away. the manager was helpful with directions to attractions. he provided complimentary drinks upon my arrival.
The room was tiny. Inclined stairs made it difficult to access.
