I found the location to be excellent (close to everything I needed). The staff was genuinely friendly and accommodating . Shashi provided excellent service. I felt welcomed thanks to his professional approach.
The hotel's decor felt dated, and there were few facilities. I did notice some dust around the radiator in my room.

the staff i encountered was generally helpful during my brief stay.
the room i was assigned showed clear signs of neglect , with peeling paint and cracks marring the ceiling. the shower dial was missing its front cap , a detail that pointed to a lack of proper maintenance. furthermore , the toilet wobbled precariously whenever i sat on it.

I was happy with the great location. It was so easy to get around. i appreciate their kindness. the family room was spacious, giving us ample space. the room included necessary amenities like a kettle and tea, that was perfect!
the dated decor felt a bit old. some areas looked worn. i think the hotel could benefit from updates.

The hotel is near many shops and restaurants. access to public transportation is easy and fast. Made exploring the city simple. i was near several tube stations, too!
