The location is very convenient. It is close to the tube station and several bus stops. There were many shops and restaurants nearby. I found it easy to get around the city..
Carrying my luggage up the stairs was a little difficult. My room was on the third floor. I also found the room to be quite small. I would have liked a bit more space to move around.

checking in was straightforward and the location suited me well. my room was quite clean. i received a call before arrival with the entry code which was nice i felt prepared.
the carpet in my room could use some updating as it looked a bit dated.

the room included air conditioning that worked well and helped maintain a comfortable temperature it also had tea and coffee making facilities inside the room for convenience. The bed was large and provided adequate space for rest it was quite comfortable.

there were complimentary tea and coffee facilities available in the reception area it was a nice touch. a coffee shop located nearby offers an alternative for those wanting a more formal setting. several pubs and restaurants are located within walking distance providing various options.

the staff seemed friendly i appreciated the call i received the day before. staff took my luggage to my room while i explored camden since i arrived early. i could store my suitcases until my room was ready which was helpful.

The noise was quite disruptive. I was in a basement room and could hear the underground trains constantly. the lack of available power sockets in the room was very inconvenient. I had to move furniture to plug in my devices.

the communication before arrival was clear and helpful. self-check-in was straightforward. the room was surprisingly stylish. i found thoughtful touches throughout my stay, like extra tea bags in the room, a pleasant surprise.
the noise from other guests late at night was a slight disturbance, making it a bit difficult to fall asleep immediately.
