the hotel location worked really well. upon arriving in the city, i could leave my bags at the hotel. the staff were helpful and cute, a great way to begin my stay.
the room i had was very small. the bed was quite hard. there wasn't enough soap provided in the ensuite.

I really enjoyed the helpful staff. They accommodated my requests quickly! The location near Paddington Station REALLY cannot be beat. The family running the hotel is nice, which I appreciated.
The breakfast needs a HUGE menu revamp. I did not end up having anything because nothing appealed to me.

This is a deciding factor with luggage. There is luggage drop off available at arrival and departure. I considered it a big plus. A continental breakfast is available .

The front desk staff is helpful, i must say! Kitchen staff are very pleasant and provide service. Even if some people arrived just around 9am, they still served them. They are willing to accommodate your request.

the room was very comfy and tidy. i found the location served well for a couple nights stay.
The receptionist was a bit cold, and the breakfast room felt cramped with not enough space for everyone. the air conditioning situation was odd. I had to ask the reception to control it, and that was unexpected, to say the least. it felt quite inconvenient and spoiled my stay a bit.
