Fantastic stay, a real gem!

The location was excellent with Paddington station nearby. Staff members were friendly, helpful, and always available. I really appreciated the powerful and warm shower after a long day.
The window in my room had gaps. This caused a draft and made it quite cold near it. It was not ideal for sleeping near that area.

My single room included hangers and a hairdryer for convenience. There were also complimentary tea and coffee making facilities available. This was a nice touch. Shampoo and body wash were provided too.

I found the breakfast had everything i could need. The hotel offered free bottled water, this i very much appreciated. The staff kept the room and bathroom VERY clean, including the linens and towels.

the location suited my needs well. it was in a calm area. i could easily use public transport to get around. the staff stored my luggage before check-in. this was very helpful.
the single-glazed windows let in a lot of street noise. i could hear traffic. the walls also seemed thin. i could hear my neighbours talking and snoring. the bathroom looked old. it had mould in the sealant around the sink.

the hotel's location proved convenient for my planned activities. it was about an eight-minute walk to where i needed to be. the breakfast offered a great selection , providing everything i needed and more. the friendly staff replenished my tea and coffee .
