great family stay
ample sunbeds varied buffet white sheets
I found ample sunbeds available near the five different pools. This made mornings relaxed. the hotel organized many daily activities, like aqua aerobics and water polo, for both adults and children. i also appreciated the variety at the breakfast and dinner buffet. Everyone found something to enjoy. our family room included crisp white sheets and a mini fridge.
The tv had mostly spanish channels. This limited our viewing options, especially in the evenings. i would have appreciated more international channels.

staff were attentive and quick to address any concerns i had. the check-in process was efficient. i received helpful information about the hotel's amenities and services upon arrival.

central location plenty sun loungers good air conditioning
the location was very central! close to the beach and shops. the pools had plenty of sun loungers. the rooms included air conditioning which worked well.
The lifts were sometimes slow. This caused minor delays!

long waiting times slow elevators
the pool area was pretty decent, not gonna lie.
The elevators were a nightmare. You waited forever, and i am not exaggerating. five elevators, yet it seemed like they were moving at a snail's pace. i'd rather take the stairs, but my bags.
