The hot water for the shower fluctuated a lot. It went from hot to cold quickly. the shower flow was also inconsistent. only one rasher of bacon was provided for breakfast. One sausage was also not enough.

The staff were very friendly. They offered good advice about the area. I enjoyed the good breakfast with a lot of fruit options. The room was also nicely decorated.
I noticed traffic noise since the hotel is close to the highway. There was no garden area. I also noted the hotel needs updating.

inconsistent showerinsufficient breakfast
the shower's hot water was inconsistent the flow fluctuated i also noticed the tv signal was weak it was hard to watch anything at the end of the day and i found only one rasher of bacon and one sausage insufficient for breakfast

the tv signal was unreliable , limiting viewing choices at the end of the day.

the location is convenient for exploring the surrounding area. it is a short drive to lindisfarne (holy island). berwick is about 10 minutes away and offers various dining options with free parking after 5:30 pm.

The breakfast was excellent. It had a fabulous panoramic view from the bar window. The staff were friendly and courteous, nothing was too much trouble. The location was good and convenient.
There was no hot water in the sink. The Wi-Fi did not work. The mattress was good quality , but it was far too firm for me.
