the air conditioning was not fully functional, even after reporting it multiple times. i was informed that 24°c was considered an acceptable temperature.

the room was clean. i had all essentials in the well-stocked kitchen area. the staff was professional and kind. the location was excellent, practically on the beach! the daily entertainment was great and the pool area was very clean.

the gym needs updating.

the breakfast buffet included a nice range of items. the happy hour offered 50% off drinks. i especially enjoyed the convenience of having several restaurants and bars nearby. definitely recommend trying the local cuisine.

the staff at the pool were friendly. the reception staff were very helpful! the entertainment reps were really good and friendly to all ages. the cleaning service kept all public areas super clean. the bar staff at breakfast were lovely.

The apartment view were beautiful. I found breakfast selection very acceptable. I chose to dine outside, there were plenty tables. The location its great, a very short stroll to the marina. I used sunbeds at the hotel, finding plenty available.

The wifi its slow. It's good enough for social media but not for streaming. It also went down a lot at night.
