the check-in process was smooth. the room was just as i requested. they provided grapes to celebrate the new year. the staff were genuinely lovely and helpful throughout my stay.
i noticed there was no tea or coffee available in the room. it would have been nice to have those amenities.

I was grateful for the excellent location of the hotel. It was close to all the main attractions I wanted to see. The staff was also friendly and helpful, and I appreciated their assistance. The room had good air conditioning, which I appreciated.
The room I stayed in had a noticeable smell of drains. The lighting was also not ideal, as it had only a bright ceiling spotlight. The toilet cistern made quite a lot of noise when refilling, which I noticed.

The room smelled bad. There was no ventilation. It felt humid. The bathroom lacked a window for fresh air. I think they used products to fight moisture, but the smell reminded me of an old hospital. It was not good.

The hotel's location was ideal as everything was walkable. The staff members were nice and helpful, offering great recommendations for local food tours. I found a beautiful view from my room window.. it was gorgeous.
The air conditioning was not usable . The extra beds for the kids were awful and very hard. I felt hurt the next day. I really did not sleep well.
