The hotel has a big bathroom. It also has a powerful shower with hot water. Our family room included a comfortable mattress and pillows. Breakfast had good value.
There were noises all night. I could hear a dripping sound from the AC.

the hotel's location is quite convenient. it is close to the train stations and the main bus hub. the air conditioning system kept the room cool. surprise sweets were provided in the room daily.
the bed wasn't very comfortable. the bedside tables were quite small. one table had a telephone that flashed all night!

I found the room quite big and the bed very comfortable. The hotel's location was a huge plus, with the train and bus stations easily accessible. I also appreciated the proximity to various attractions and the city center.

The location was convenient to the train station. I appreciated the supermarket being on the ground floor of the building. I also received surprise sweets in my room each day. The air conditioning worked very well keeping me cool in the hot weather.
The hotel advised about parking nearby. The receptionist was unhelpful when issues arose with the parking fee. It resulted in me paying excessive fees for parking, receptionist support.
