The staff were helpful, addressing every query with a smile, and i especially liked the cleanliness of my room. I found the rooftop pool area quite relaxing, offering an amazing view. The breakfast buffet impressed me with its wide selectionwith fresh fruits. I also appreciated the hotel's convenient location near the port, it was a brisk walk.
I noticed the elevators operated quite slowly. Otherwise ALL was great.

the rooftop pool provided a relaxing experience. i appreciated the city view from up there. breakfast had many options and i ate a lot. i liked that there was fresh fruit and also a nice selection of pastries.
The elevators were slow. I had to wait a bit.

Breakfast had a large selection. Interconnecting rooms proved very useful for our family during this stay.
The hotel's area was kinda sketchy. I feel a bit unsafe walking alone during nights. The air conditioning unit in my room seemed to struggle to keep up, resulting in a warm room.

The breakfast buffet offered a good selection of food. The location was near the Maritime Museum. It was also close to the Drassanes metro stop. The view from the rooftop is great.
The receptionist did not provide the WiFi password. There was no information in the room. I called the hotel's main number and they tried to charge me for the call.
