I appreciated the excellent customer service, the staff displayed friendliness and professionalism. my requests for a high floor and a quiet room were accommodated. the hotel's location is great. Convenience stores are within walking distance. i found the snack van by the pool to be very convenient during the day.

i found the location convenient near the beach. breakfast was delicious with many choices i enjoyed all morning the gym access.
i did notice the soundproofing could be improved it was sometimes difficult to sleep due to external noises. hallway sounds were also disruptive.

the hotel staff were lovely and friendly. they were also very helpful and sorted any maintenance issues promptly. the hotel was clean , simple and nicely presented. the selection of food was very good with a buffet style breakfast and evening meal. there was plenty of choice and fresh fish available.
the walls between rooms are quite thin so i could hear noise in the corridors , , made it a bit hard to sleep.

the hotel provided extra clean toilets separate from the showers, convenient for late departures. fresh towels were also provided. the hotel location is very good. the food was AMAZING!!! i found the hotel to be clean and well-organized. staff members were helpful and nice. the pool area was gorgeous!!!
