i enjoyed the lovely porridge at breakfast! the room included a functional dressing table and chairs. the hospitality tray was well-stocked. the bar area was quite lovely!

The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good. The bed was comfy and bathroom clean.
The music was loud and lasted late. Someone pulled the fire alarm. Everyone went outside in the cold at 330am.

the staff was attentive and efficient. i appreciated the well-proportioned room and ample tea and coffee. the bed was very comfortable, and the room was quiet. we found the location very convenient.
i hope the interior gets renovated soon as the room felt outdated. the shower's water temperature was difficult to regulate. i wish the sink faucet mixed hot and cold water better.
