the location is very convenient for exploring the city center with parking available next door i walked directly from the carpark into the hotel the foyer felt light and open with a good atmosphere. the staff was helpful in pointing out local attractions and dining options the service was really good with hospitality and cleaning at a high standard.
the absence of air conditioning was noticeable and i had to request a fan to keep the room cool. the window could be opened, which helped, but it also let in some road noise.

The location was central. It was easy to locate too. The staff were friendly and helpful. The shower was also lovely.
The room was very small. The bed was also very small. The tap in the bathroom was in an awkward position. It was hard to wash hands or fill the kettle.

acceptable locationconstant creaking
the location was acceptable for getting around (though i wouldn't rave about it).
The noise level was a real problem. i was on the top floor, and it sounded like there was a loose tile on the roof constantly creaking and banging with the wind. This made it hard to sleep at all.
