the receptionist provided all necessary information for my stay.
The bathroom was old and showed signs of wear. Water leaked from the toilet. tile paint was peeling around the bath creating a mouldy smell.

i stayed for one night. the staff was excellent and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. the nice little garden area at the rear was a treat and the bed was very comfortable, we loved it!
The room corridors were very tired and dated. They need a lot of attention to carpets and decoration.

my recent visit was quite enjoyable! kerri, sara, and her blonde colleague provided really good service, everything was spot on. the receptionist was very friendly and gave me helpful information about my stay. she even moved my room to the ground floor, this gave me easier access to the garden for my dog.
the bathroom looked old and needed an update, there was a crack in the basin.
